And September itself carries the colour gold in colour therapy: abundance, equilibrium, yin and yang finding their rightful place.
The universe is basically handing us the theme. So let's use it.
This is an interactive workshop where we actually do the work together, feel it, shift it, and close it out with a ritual to set you up for the season ahead.
