LISTEN TO GIORGIA'S STORY

In episode 101 I interview my client Giorgia, who shares why she decided to sign up for Unshackled and how her life changed.

When we started working Giorgia felt out of control in her life, consequently her relationships seemed to be going in the wrong direction, she felt trapped in a job that didn't make her feel satisfied or that she had any purpose. Giorgia also wanted to get rid of this constant fear that something bad would happen in her life.

Over the course of 9 months, we worked to release her people pleasing tendencies, work on her connection with her intuition and understand what brought her to always have worst case scenarios in her mind.

We realised that a lot of her patterns, fears and coping mechanism stem from childhood and we worked to release those so that she could start feeling confident, set up boundaries and finally start living life with joy.

Programme Structure & Commitment

This 12 week programme is immersive and high-touch, designed for those who are truly ready to do the deep inner work, show up fully for themselves, and commit—both energetically and financially—to their transformation.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, this isn’t for you.

But if you're truly ready to break the cycles, reclaim your power, step into lasting change, and commit to yourself, then let's begin!

12 SESSIONS

The first session lasts 90 minutes, the remaining 11 sessions are 1 hour long. Every session is recorded on zoom and you will get the recording within 24 hours.

At the end of the session you will be provided with tasks for the next session.

PROGRAMME DURATION

I recommend having 2 sessions per month, (that makes it 6 months). However, if you prefer we can have a session a week. The choice is yours and this will be discussed in our breakthrough call.

ACCESS TO ME

You have access to me during my work hours either via email or via Voxer to share insights, tell me about your progress or if you need any assistance in between sessions.

YOUR COMMITMENT

THE COMMITMENT YOU MAKE TO THIS PROGRAMME IS NOT ABOUT ME, IT'S ABOUT YOU!

The way you show up during the sessions and in between sessions is the commitment you decide to make to yourself, to your transformation and your dreams. Some sessions might be intense but I will be there to guide you through it.
